The square’s focus is the 1830s mill that still grinds every day with a giant, water-powered wheel. During your visit you can try one or both of the square’s two eateries – the Old Mill Restaurant or the Old Mill Pottery House Café & Grille. Both dining spots offer Southern delicacies that are sure to please. You can also shop through several artisan stores where you’ll find everything from hand-pulled taffy and pantry items to hand-sculpted pottery and house wares.
Experience history brought to life from inside the enormous replica of the “unsinkable ship” when you visit Titanic in Pigeon Forge. Interact with crew members, meet the children of Titanic, descend the Grand Staircase. This educational and moving experience will tell you the story of the people behind the colossal ship at the world’s largest museum attraction.
The Comedy Barn Theater
One of the funniest attractions in Pigeon Forge, the Comedy Barn is not to be missed. With shows featuring performing pooches, jugglers, ventriloquists, and live country and gospel music, it’s no surprise that The Comedy Barn Theater is awarded the title of “Funniest Show” in the Smoky Mountains year after year! We guarantee you and your family – yes, it’s kid friendly, too! – will enjoy a night of at least a thousand laughs. The Comedy Barn even has shows featuring pigs, parrots, house cats, dogs and a mini-donkey performing together in the Comedy Critter show. And if you visit during the holidays, be sure to stop in and see the Christmas rendition of the comedy show, complete with Christmas music, costumes and hilarious Christmas-themed acts.
