We've been coming to Pigeon Forge for several years now. It took me about 18 years to talk my husband into coming and now he thinks that we have to come at least once a year. I'm glad because I love it. The best travel tip I have is to exit I 40 E at the Lenoir City exit. You never have to be in the Knoxville traffic and the scenery is wonderful. We like to stay on 321 and then turn left at Wears Valley Rd which takes you directly to the Parkway at light 3. Wears Valley Road is the worse part of coming into Pigeon Forge this way but it's only 15 miles long. Try it; I think you will like it.
