Also known as "American Cabin Rentals". I recently rented Serene Dreams cabin and there were mouse droppings everywhere (especially the silverware drawer.) There was even a dead mouse in the jacuzzi. I checked out a day early when I found the silverware drawer had all these feces. I called Cabins of Gatlinburg to inform them they needed an exterminator. The man "in charge?" answered the phone with a "hello". Thinking I may have dialed the wrong number, I asked to whom I was speaking. He started yelling at me and called me a moron. Then hung up on me. I checked that the number I had called was correct and redialed it. Again, the same man answered and started calling me a moron and hung up a second time. I then dialed their 800 number and again the same man answered. This time I asked for the manager, but he would not put me through, called me a moron plus other things and hung up. Our conversation (brief as it was) never got to the point of my call. What if I had been wanting to rent a cabin? Now I am out hundreds of dollars for the second day that I was not there and a $92 cleaning fee. The cleaning crew doesn't do a thorough job. I failed to mention the condom under the bed didn't I? They also have the audacity to ask for a tip. There is no hope of a refund, because you can't get through to a sane, professional person.

It's really a shame. This company "manages" some beautiful cabins. I have stayed in several in the past. I was calling their company hoping they could take care of the mouse problem with the intention of renting again in the spring. NO WAY NOW!!!!!!!! I hope the owners of these cabins find out what this company is doing and changes to new management.

Im so sorry to hear about your stay in your cabin. This will be our first time going to TN. We are renting a Cabin from bear camp cabins . I hope everything will go ok there.
