Info on Heartland Rentals?

This will be our first trip to Gatlinburg and can't believe how many places there are to stay. Heartland Rentals seem very nice and the pics of the cabins look great. Ayone have any info on them or somewhere else that would be great to stay, this will be like a second honeymoon? We want something that is not too far from town, but secluded.
