We like to get up early, get some Krispy Kremes to go, then drive into the National Park and stop at the first little trail. Not sure of the name but it is a very short loop and has some bear tracks in the path. The kids love it. We have our doughnuts then walk the trail. Then head over to Cherokee, stopping along the way at different sites such as the working homestead and the mill. While in Cherokee, we feed the bears and look in some of the shops. We head back, have a picnic and take the loop through Cades Cove that evening. We do this everytime we visit, it is always fun!
