Comedy Barn Website Problems?

While trying to plan our next trip to Pigeon Forge, I have been attempting to purchase tickets to the Comedy Barn via their website. For over a week now, the connection times out before I can get through to the box office. Has anyone else had a problem with this?

I have never purchased tickets through their site before, and wanted to try it this time, but without any luck.
I don't know if it is a setting on my computer causing the problem or if it is on their end. :confused:

Maybe tomorrow I'll get a chance to phone them before the box office closes.

Just wanted to see if maybe others were having this problem....

It is October and I cannot order tickets online from Comedy Barn's website either! I called the # listed, thinking surely I could just purchase the tickets over the phone & get the internet rate since the site never works. The lady who answered told me they had been having problems with the site, so I would have to keep checking back to see if the site was working if I wanted the discounted rate! Could not believe she didn't just take my order right then!! Very disappointed as this was a show we loved and respected.

Hmmm...I'd suggest calling back and ask to speak to a manager. A manager should honor the deal.....unfortunately, some of the people that answer the phones (at many businesses in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg) are hourly employees that don't take the best interest of the business to heart. Most managers at the major establishments put the customer first.
