hey used to give a lot of free samples. I don't know what's up with that. But go there anyway and bug them Some of the workers there are not too friendly Just ignore them and enjoy the candy.
The best RS outlet store is in Athens, TN off I-75 They ALWAYS give a lot of free samples and ther-ir prices are a lot better.
