Inside Pigeon Forge has launched a brand new forum for users to discuss anything about Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or Sevierville while getting feedback from “insiders” who live & work in the area. We’re so excited about the opportunity to provide visitors an “inside look” into our cities and we want to show our enthusiasm by giving away a vacation package to someone who shares the same enthusiasm about the town we love.

Post a reply in that topic and tell everyone “Your Best Tip for Visiting Pigeon Forge.” Be as creative and detailed as you want! It’s your chance to share your favorite thing to do, place to stay, restaurant to eat at, waiter to ask for etc. Have fun with it! You can post as many tips as you want and each tip will count as an entry, but only the best tip will win the giveaway. The main requirement is that your tip is a reply to the main thread rather than posted somewhere else in the forum. Only replies to that thread will be counted as entries. If two posts are similar, we’ll be accepting the first one or the one that is the most detailed/helpful…so it definitely pays to act fast and provide great tips

We go to Pigeon Forge sometimes twice a year. We always stay in a cabin. The greatest cabins for family and friends and available to fit 2-30 or more people. We held a Hall High School group one year in October and rented a cabin that had 9 bedrooms and baths. A great time with photos to prove it. The mystery shows are great as well as the Black Bear Jamboree. The place is Eagle Ridge Resort. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Just a wonderful place for families, friends, and the long planned reunion. A wonderful place for making Memories to treasue forever…

I have been to Pigeon Forge many time my brother lives there and he is in the show called the Miracle this is his second year in the show befor that he was with Louise Mandral show for 18 years. So you can see why I have been there many times. It is a great place to take your kida small or big. There is so much to do there.
The people who live and work in Pigeon Forge are so kind and helpful that you really would not want to vacation in another part of the country. Friendly faces greet you at Dollywood, which always has a new attraction each year and the rides are great! My favorite are the water rides: Blazing Fury, River Rampage and Daredevil Falls…..fun, fun, fun. My husband and son love the roller coasters and “scary rides” as well. The Gospel Music Museum is great, too! The best place to eat at Dollywood is The Whistle Stop , right by the big train station. Yummy steak and salads.
We stay in a room with a kitchen, and we always go to super
WalMart the first day and stock up on eat-in food items. We eat out some as well…..
Don’t forget to plan a day in the middle to just relax and chill out so you can enjoy it more……
Motorcycle riding for us retired people is great in the smokeys.We love all the scenery and the shows but being on a limited budget and such a large group of people we could use the tickets and split the cost for the other 5 to 10 couples.
cant wait to visit the mountains doing a trip 4 ladies driving to Pa then back thru the mountains we are so excited.

My husband told me to pack a bag. He didn’t tell me where we was going. We ended up in Pigeon Forge. He told me I needed the rest and to getaway. I had breast cancer I went through a lot. We stayed for Three nights. It was the most wonderful getaway I have ever had. I didn’t want to leave. I would love to come back again. But the money is never right. I will never forget the mountains everything was so beautiful. Just to think about God created this just for my eyes to see. The wonder of it all made me want to fight for my life. Just to see it again would be so awesome.

I had just went through a lot because I had breast cancer. Just by looking at the mountains and all the wonder of it all. Knowing that God had created all of this for my eyes to see. It help me want to fight more for my life. Just to see it again oh it would be great. I never felt so alive.
